Our client was a registered builder. However, was struggling with managing the bookkeeping since inception of business and over a period of 1.5 years, the accounting software XERO became useless as the data was in a messy situation and not giving correct reports. Client contacted us for getting assistance in fixing the file and guidance on how to manage cashflow.

• We visited our client’s premises and fixed the XERO file completely and trained the admin staff on how to manage the bookkeeping in XERO. Advised the client on having systems in place on how it can be kept up to date regularly.
• Reviewed the updated XERO file to find out issues relating to cashflow and discussed on various options on how it can be fixed.
• We also discussed about various duties by different staff members to be followed each week in order to resolve the continuing problems in relation to bookkeeping and cashflow.
